Midlander Arrested For Odessa Murder 05/29/08
Mike BarkerCBS 7 NewsMay 29, 2008Odessa/Midland, TX. - Odessa and Midland police worked together and arrested the suspect in a stabbing death within seven hours of the murder.26 year old Ryan Moon died after he was allegedly stabbed to death by 29 year old Christopher David Lyson. Moon and Lyson reportedly had an argument in the 700 block of Bunche Street in Odessa around one this morning. Police say Lyson stabbed Moon several times in the chest. Moon died around four this morning in the emergency room at Odessa REGIONAL Medical Center.Odessa police alerted Midland police who later arrested Lyson at his Hunters Glen apartment on Midland Drive. Lyson is being held in the Midland County jail for arraignment Friday before a judge.
